Shipping Policies:

All our products are shipped within 2-4 working days.

Free standard shipping for all products through out the United States via purchases on our online store.

For International Purchase Orders:

Kindly email us at alterednativehq@gmail.com & we will discuss payment processes & shipping methods with you personally via email to figure out the safest, fastest & most economical way to get your Altered Native goodies across to you where ever you're at.

Refund Policies:

Returns
All Altered Native products are one piece only so we request that our customers please return any product they would like refunded or exchanged in their original packaging, unused, with all labels attached, in the condition that it was received within 15 days of receipt of the package.

Please also kindly ensure that the returns form&/or proof of purchase is included in the return package to ensure smooth processing of the refund/ exchange.

Refunds

Refund requests will be initiated after we have received the package & thoroughly inspected the merchandise.

Customers will be notified by email once the item has been received and of the status of the refund process. 

If a refund can be processed then a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Sale items are for final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.


Exchanges
Since Altered Native products are one-of-a-kind and unique, any piece purchased from us is a one piece only, items can only be replaced if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. In such a case, kindly send us an email at alterednativehq@gmail.com and send your item to: 9805, 67 Ave, #3A, Rego Park NY 11374, United States.

As all our products are one piece only, if an exchange on an item is eligible, it can only be replaced by an item of same value as the initial purchase. Kindly note that the same item as the initial purchase will not be available.

Shipping

The products must be in their original packaging, unused, with all labels attached, in the condition that it was received within 15 days of receipt of the package. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning a product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
